First Burn
Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and sets the foundation for future burns.
Trim the Wick
Before each lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5mm. A shorter wick promotes a steady flame and reduces smoke.
Burn Time
For best results, burn for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time. This protects the fragrance and maintains the quality of the wax.
Placement
Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, soft furnishings, and direct sunlight.
Extinguishing
Gently extinguish the flame without blowing. Allow the wax to cool fully before relighting.
Care Between Burns
Ensure the wick is upright and centred once the wax has set. Keep the surface free from debris for a clean, elegant burn.
