We hope you love your PSAROMA purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Items must be returned in a resaleable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are faulty.

Personalised & Gift-Wrapped Items

Personalised items made to order are non-refundable unless faulty.
Gift-wrapped items may be returned provided the product remains unused and unopened.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible UK orders.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and any supporting details. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
